The pool deck and fireplace at Brick Avenue Lofts, with custom steel fabrication by modus shop, are elements of a carefully constructed sequence of layers that dissolve barriers between public, semipublic, and private spaces.

Other custom fabricated elements include an outdoor community dining table, firepits, live-edge wood desks and shelves, indoor gas fireplace, and clubhouse reception desk. The matching wallpaper was hand made in Arkansas by the award-winning team at ASSEMBLAGE.
