430 Dickson
fayetteville, arkansas
A long-overdue renovation on an iconic corner of downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas, 430 Dickson eventually became home to Tin Roof, a restaurant, bar, and live music venue, reclaiming this significant location in the hearts and minds of the community. Before finding a visionary new tenant, the building owners tasked modus studio with the complex and thorough renovation of the building into a reinvigorated entertainment lease space. This process has brought an extended life to the building and reestablished it within the cultural and creative hub of Fayetteville, opportunely positioned adjacent to the upcoming cultural arts corridor.
