two modus projects receive AIA awards.

We are very pleased to announce modus received two of the five design awards from this year's AIA Arkansas Design Excellence program. Congratulations and thank you to everyone involved, including el dorado inc, Nabholz, University of Arkansas School of Art, and East Harding Construction.

2017 AIA Arkansas Honor Award - UA Art + Design District: Sculpture Studio

"This is a great building, this is how metal buildings should be treated. With class and respect.”

“What I come back to at the end of the day is how thoughtful this building is. This could have been a throw-away project in a remote area of campus. Instead it is the best damn metal building renovation you’ve ever seen.”
