south yard phase 2 under construction.

Construction is underway for phase two of South Yard. This nine-acre site, with four existing buildings that were once home to Farmers Cooperative, will contain leasable spaces for food and beverage establishments, entertainment, small offices, and retail areas. The existing buildings are situated along an arc running from north to southwest, the trace of a long-gone rail line that once served the local timber and produce industries. Phase one of South Yard, also currently under construction, is a five-building multifamily complex with a variety of unit types, from minimalistic studios to luxurious lofts.
