Last year, we completed an Inhabited Performance Assessment of the Valley Springs High School project. An IPA is our process of evaluating buildings in a systematic and rigorous manner after they have been built and occupied. We take a close look at how our projects are functioning to help inform our future design decisions. This process of analyzing a building after users have been occupying it for some time is vital data that is collected using sensors, metering, and occupant surveys.

All of the findings are compiled into a final report that informs our designers and our clients of both positive and critical feedback. We use this knowledge to overcome challenges and offer our clients the best user experience possible.
