11 East Pleasant Street in Amherst, Massachusetts, will soon be home to a new five-story, mixed-use development located just half a mile south of the UMass Amherst campus and across the street from Kendrick Park. This 75,000-square-foot building developed by Archipelago Investments will include a ground level of retail lease spaces with upper levels hosting 30 studio, 36 one-bedroom, and 24 two-bedroom apartments. Construction is scheduled for completion this fall.
