construction progress at block 7.

Construction is moving along on the Block 7 project in Redding, California. Modus partner Josh Siebert and associate Michael Pope are currently on site documenting progress and coordinating with the construction team. The affordable housing portion of the development, seen in the photos, should be open this spring.

Block 7 is a joint effort by The McConnell Foundation, K2 Development, and The City of Redding, and designed through the collaboration of modus studio and DMARCstudio. Modern Building Inc. is the general contractor.
