We're missing our Friday afternoon Design Conversation™ happy hours, job site tailgate tours, and design competitions. We hope we can get back to them soon, but in the meantime, we're finding new ways to connect. Our team is built on a transparent and collaborative environment, and we're recreating this with virtual team meetings, one-on-one check-ins, and a general uptick in digital communication while prioritizing morale and maintaining a high level of compassion.
