Modus partners Jason Wright, Josh Siebert, and Chris Baribeau are in Venice participating in A SOUTH FORTY: Contemporary Architecture and Design in the American South, an exhibition curated and organized by the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design and modus studio. The exhibition, coinciding with the 2021 Venice Architecture Biennale, highlights the work of nearly forty practices in the American South.

Today, Chris Baribeau participated in a conference live-streamed from the European Cultural Center as part of the "Time Space Existence" exhibition, an extension of A SOUTH FORTY currently on view at the ECC's Palazzo Mora. The conference featured a series of open-ended questions about the state of architecture in the southern United States, and what motivates and influences the firms featured in the exhibition.
