1st street flats groundbreaking.

Yesterday, we celebrated the groundbreaking of First Street Flats in Rogers, Arkansas, with our clients Specialized Real Estate Group, and the general contractor, ARCO Construction Company.

This 115,000-square-foot, 120-unit community will be the downtown area's first large-scale multifamily development and will include a portion of the original Ozark Cider and Vinegar Co. building repurposed for amenity spaces.
